Glamaya Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility: To participate in the Glamaya Affiliate Program, you must sign up on Glamaya.com, log in, and navigate to the Affiliate section within your account. By enrolling, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 Acceptance: Glamaya reserves the right to accept or decline any application to the affiliate program at our discretion. We may terminate your participation at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason.

2. Affiliate Ranks and Commission Structure

Upon enrollment, all affiliates start at the Beginner rank. The following table outlines the ranks and corresponding commission rates:

Bronze	8%	20 sales and ₹1,000 in earned commission.
Silver	10%	40 sales and ₹2,200 in earned commission.

3. Commission and Payouts

3.1 Commission Tracking: Commissions are tracked through the Glamaya affiliate portal. Affiliates will receive notifications of earned commissions, which will initially be in a pending state.

3.2 Pending Status: Commissions remain pending until the customer’s order is delivered and the 5-day return window has passed. After this period, the commissions will be approved by the Glamaya system.

3.3 Payouts: Once an affiliate’s approved commissions reach a minimum of ₹500, the amount will be transferred to the UPI ID provided by the affiliate. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their UPI details.

3.4 Tax Responsibilities: Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on their earnings. Glamaya will not withhold taxes on your behalf or provide tax forms or reports. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable tax laws.

4. Promotion and Marketing Guidelines

4.1 Approved Channels: Affiliates may promote Glamaya products using their referral links on social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook) and personal websites.

4.2 Prohibited Practices: Affiliates must not use link shorteners or mask referral links in any way. Soliciting clicks or incentivizing others to click on referral links without the intent to purchase is prohibited.

4.3 Content Guidelines: All promotional content must be truthful, not misleading, and appropriate. Glamaya reserves the right to terminate any affiliate found to be engaging in unethical or offensive promotional activities.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

5.1 Account Information: Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including UPI ID and contact details, on the Glamaya affiliate portal.

5.2 Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all relevant laws, including those related to advertising and consumer protection.

5.3 Data Privacy and Security: Affiliates must protect any personal data they handle, including UPI IDs and customer information, and comply with all applicable data protection laws. Glamaya will take reasonable measures to protect affiliate data but is not responsible for unauthorized access due to affiliate negligence.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Earnings Disclaimer: Earnings as an affiliate are not guaranteed and depend on your efforts and the effectiveness of your promotional activities.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: Glamaya will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. You participate at your own risk.

7. Termination and Modification

7.1 Program Termination: Glamaya reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time without notice. If terminated, all pending commissions will be processed according to these terms.

7.2 Notification: Glamaya will provide notice of any significant changes to the affiliate program through email or the affiliate portal.

7.3 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your participation in the affiliate program should be first addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to arbitration or legal action as a last resort.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the affiliate program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
