Domestic Orders within India:

  1. Payment Method and Shipping Charges:
    • Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method is available for purchases below ₹1200 with a standard shipping fee of ₹50 additional.
    • The prepaid Payment option is available with Free shipping across India.
  2. Delivery Timelines:
    • Prepaid orders are dispatched on the next working day and typically take 3-4 business days to be delivered across India.
    • COD Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days, subject to customer confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery within India takes another 3-4 business days.
  3. Damaged Product Policy:
    • Requests must be made within 5 days of order delivery via call/WhatsApp at +917372991199 or an email at support@glamaya.com.
    • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video of the order received and the opening of the parcel for verification.
    • After successfully verifying the unboxing video, customers are entitled to a complete replacement, refund, or store credit for the damaged product(s) received.
    • Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method; for COD orders, refunds are credited to the bank account provided by the customer.
  4. Returns and Exchanges Policy:
    • Customers can request returns or exchanges within 5 days of order delivery via call/WhatsApp at +917372991199 or an email at support@glamaya.com.
    • Refunds after deducting the shipping charges will be processed upon receipt and verification of returned goods at our warehouse. Customers are entitled to a refund or store credit.
    • Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method; for COD orders, refunds are credited to the bank account provided by the customer.
  5. Cancellations:
    • Cancellation requests should be raised within 6 hours of placing the order by submitting a cancellation request in the “My Account -> Orders” section.
    • Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made before product dispatch, while refunds minus shipping charges will be issued for cancellations post dispatch.
  6. Taxes:
    • The product price listed on the website includes taxes and duties for deliveries in India.

 

International Orders outside India:

  1. Payment Method and Shipping Charges:
    • The prepaid Payment option is available with shipping charges, which vary by country and shipment weight.
  2. Delivery Timelines:
    • Products are generally delivered within 5-15 business days of placing the order for international shipments.
    • Dispatch time may increase for customized or made-to-order items, with prior communication to the customer.
  3. Damaged Product Policy:
    • Requests must be made within 5 days of order delivery via call/WhatsApp at +917372991199 or an email at support@glamaya.com.
    • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video of the order received and the opening of the parcel for verification.
    • Upon successfully verifying the unboxing video, customers are entitled to a complete refund or store credit for the damaged product(s) received.
    • Refunds for orders are issued to the original payment method.
  4. Returns and Exchanges Policy:
    • No returns and refunds are applicable.
  5. Cancellations:
