Domestic Orders within India:

  1. Payment Method and Shipping Charges for India:
    • The prepaid payment option is available with free shipping across India.
    • Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹2500 with a standard shipping fee of ₹0 and ₹50 advance payment. Remaining amount (Total amount – Advance amount) to be paid at the time of delivery. Example: If the price of the order is ₹3000, you pay ₹50 advance and the remaining ₹2950 at the time of delivery.
    • Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for orders below ₹2500 with a standard shipping fee of ₹50. Complete total amount to be paid at the time of delivery.
  2. Delivery Timelines for India:
    • Prepaid orders are dispatched on the next working day and typically take 3-4 business days to be delivered across India.
    • COD orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes another 3-4 business days within India.
  3. Damaged Product Policy for India:
    • Requests must be made within 5 days of order delivery via call/WhatsApp at +917372991199 or an email at support@glamaya.com.
    • Customers must provide a clear uncut unboxing video of the order received and the opening of the parcel for verification.
    • After successfully verifying the unboxing video, customers are entitled to a complete replacement, refund, or store credit for the damaged product(s) received.
    • Refunds for Prepaid and COD with advance orders are issued to the original payment method; for COD orders, refunds are credited to the bank account provided by the customer.
  4. Returns and Exchanges Policy for India:
    • Customers can request returns or exchanges within 5 days of order delivery via call/WhatsApp at +917372991199 or an email at support@glamaya.com.
    • Refunds after deducting the shipping charges will be processed upon receipt and verification of returned goods at our warehouse. Customers are entitled to a refund or store credit.
    • Refunds for Prepaid and COD with advance orders are issued to the original payment method; for COD orders, refunds are credited to the bank account provided by the customer.
  5. Cancellations Policy for India:
    • Cancellation requests should be raised within 6 hours of placing the order by submitting a cancellation request in the “My Account -> Orders” section.
    • Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made before product dispatch, while refunds minus shipping charges will be issued for cancellations post dispatch.

International Orders, with delivery address outside India:

  1. Payment Method and Shipping Charges for outside India:
    • The prepaid payment option is available with shipping charges, which vary by country and shipment weight.
    • COD payment option is not available for orders with delivery addresses outside India.
  2. Delivery Timelines for outside India:
    • Products are generally delivered within 5-15 business days of placing the order for international shipments.
    • Dispatch time may increase for customized or made-to-order items, with prior communication to the customer.
