- Payment Method and Shipping Charges:
- Prepaid payment is available for all countries. In India, shipping charges are free, while for other countries, shipping charges are applicable based on weight.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) is available only in India for orders above ₹5000, with free shipping and a ₹50 advance payment. The remaining amount (Total amount – Advance payment) must be paid at the time of delivery. Example: If the order price is ₹5000, you pay ₹50 in advance and the remaining ₹4950 at delivery.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) is available only in India for orders below ₹5000, with a ₹50 shipping fee. The total amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

- For India – Prepaid orders are dispatched on the next working day and typically take around 3-4 business days to be delivered.
- For India – COD orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes another 3-4 business days within India.
- For international shipments – Products are generally delivered within 5-15 business days after placing the order.
- Delivery timelines may increase during festivals or holidays.
- Exchange Product Policy:
- If a customer receives the wrong, defective, or damaged products, they can request a replacement.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of order delivery via WhatsApp (click here to initiate chat) or an email at support@glamaya.com.
- Customers must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video of the order and the parcel’s opening for verification. The video should show the parcel from all sides, including the billing details. If the video is unclear, edited, or incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel the request for a product replacement.
- After verifying the video, customers are entitled to a free replacement for wrong or damaged products.
- If the same product is unavailable for replacement, customers can choose another product of equal or higher value by paying the difference. No refunds will be issued.
- Refund and Returns Policy:
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders. However, if you receive a broken or damaged product then please refer the Exchange Product Policy.
- If the courier is returned or non-deliverable due to customer issues (e.g., incorrect address or phone number), please get in touch with us via WhatsApp (click here to initiate chat) or an email at support@glamaya.com we will try provide best resolution possible however the order will not be cancelled.
- Redelivery attempt can be done but on a chargeable shipping basis.
- Cancellations Policy:
- Once an order is in processing state, it cannot be cancelled or modified. However, if we are unable to process the order, we will contact you to discuss options. Once an order has been placed on https://www.glamaya.com, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Taxes Policy:
- Product prices listed on the website include all taxes and duties.
